FC 24 reserves the right to verify any account and may request additional documents when necessary. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, FC 24 will refund the stake for that bet.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• FC 24's decision on the outcome of any match or event shall be considered final.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the bets in question may be voided or referred for investigation.
• FC 24 may refuse a bet if an unusually large amount is wagered on a single event.

A maximum bet limit may apply to specific sports in Sports Betting, and placing bets beyond that limit will not be permitted. FC 24 reserves the right to adjust betting limits under special circumstances.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Exploiting any technical glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening or harassing FC 24 staff.

FC 24 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Opening an account with false information.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Any valid balance will be returned to the user before an account is closed; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud. To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team.
